On the Timeline and animation curves feature

I'm very interested by that feature, since inkscape doesnt provide tools for this, and the only capable software that I know of is after effect. So I'm curious, what is planned on that front ? Will graphite support SMIL animations ? Maybe lottie animations ? (related #803)

The plan is to support SVG and Lottie animation export, although initially that export pipeline won't really be in place so frame-by-frame export will be what we support in the short-term after we begin implementing the motion graphics features.
