What
Rewrites rubber trees. They now work very similar to MC's trees.
The generation method now replaces ordinary tree generation, instead of generating in addition to other trees. This should make them less squeezed-feeling in the world. The actual rarity should remain unaffected.
Outcome
Cleans up rubber tree code, and moves it to the worldgen module.
