Disabled date focus issue in Month, Year and Quarter Picker Views

Describe the bug
If the disabled dates is pre-selected in the month/year/quarter picker, the focus is still possible on the initial tab key press. This issue is there in the Month Picker view, Quarter Picker view and Year Picker

To Reproduce
Month Picker

      excludeDates={[new Date("2025-06-01")]}

  );
};

In the above example we selected June 2024, when we click next button by default we'll pre-select the same month which was selected previously by us, but here June 2025 is disabled, but still users can able to focus on June 2025 on the initial Tab Key press.

1. Render the above component
2. Open the Calendar
3. Click Next button
4. Press Tab

The Issue: The disabled month (June 2025) gets focused

The same issue happens for the Quarter Picker also

Quarter Picker

2. Open the Calendar
3. Click Next button
4. Press Tab

YearPicker
For the Year Picker, the pre-selection happens based on the currently selected year position. If we disable the year located in the same position in the next/previous view, we are getting the same issue there as well

In the above example "2036" also rendered in the same position of "2024" in the next view (3rd row, 2nd column). Hence we are getting the issue in the above component also
