This PR seeks to merge my changes of resolving ground truth errors upon execution.
There are some cases yet to deal with namely 167 turn 5, 180 turn 4 (Successful booking has been made but retrieve invoice is not able to access booking)
172 turn 3, 184 turn 4, 141 turn 5 (Even though initial config has the message ids the ground truth refers to, we get Receiver ID not found errors.).
