[Optitrack] Discard skeletons & other unsuported types #20

I am using NatNet 4.1 and libmotioncapture crashes if there is a skeleton in the descriptions. (Selected in the assets, even if it is not streamed).

Since Natnet 4.1, there is now the size of the description we are parsing in the message, fixed in #18.
This feature is now used to discards all unsupported types. Skipping the parsing ensures we do not crash even if the protocol changes for those unsupported descriptions.
