Download subplugin for Moodle Book

Provides options for download of Moodle Book.

To install, place all files in /mod/book/tool/download directory and visit /admin/index.php in your browser. Download is then available through Book navigation toolbar. This plugin aims groups of blind and visually impaired students who find it difficult to use screen reader software on the web and want to download learning materials for offline use.
