We have @qqmyers's blessing to try to add LicensesIT to tests/integration-tests.txt so that Jenkins runs it.

(The file is also referenced by conf/docker-aio/run-test-suite.sh.)

As of this 5b2820f we are aware that the tests are failing. Mostly likely we'll use this issue to try to resolve that as well.
