In the Datascriptor JSON representation for StudyArms, there are no StudyCell and epochs are made explicit to describe concomitant treatment:
Add a new function to the isatools.create.connectors module to:

  • convert the cell-less representation of Datascriptor into the ISA-API representation. This is needed as DS will send web requests to the ISA-API create mode to generate the full ISA investigation for deposition
  • do the opposite operation
