There are many ways a node is identified in the GUI. Some automatic (e.g. icons or state labels) and some set by the user (name, or position of the node on the workbench). As a user I would like to add as well a color to the latter group. I am aware that colors are already used for states (e.g. running, connected, etc) but I believe that some subtle color marks on the node (or row) would suffice. Could also be a small "book marker" icon with a color in it or a subtle frame around then node
