USER STORY:

Exporting is still not 100%, it may take long times and for large studies the REST API request might time out. For now, for usage by developers, we might be able to circumvent some issues by enabling the export from the CLI.

DEFINITION OF DONE:

The webserver exposes CLI functionality for exporting
