TAP compatibility

Make console reporting to follow TAP spec.
There are a lot of tools that may create good looking output, so there won't be any need to implement it in this project.
Most probably, there will be 2 ways:

1. Use an option for baset test command to choose TAP reporter (default could be faucet)
2. Use previous options with false value to produce plain TAP output, to allow end-user to chain it in any way he wants.
