Added API Fuctionality for Transactions & Pagination with sample activites (and subsequent adapters, layouts, menus, values, manifest) within reactiveandroid\sample-app For review by repository owner
First used Migrate to AndroidX and then fixed All invalid imports, XML Views & Java changes required for AndroidX. Tested Sample App on Emulated Devices running API23 & API25 Removed calls to Bintray to avoid posting
