Use radio configs for the Flight Computer.

Use modified settings for the Rocket Flight Computer (#1)

add fully working configs for RX and TX
Make it use an external 32 Mhz crystal instead of the internal one.
Set default frequency to 434.5 Mhz. Set default channel to Channel 0.

Saves the WDS config file for the B1B variant instead of C variant of the SI4463 radio.
Saves the radio_config.h file with all the new settings specific to the flight computer.
