Use human-panic for a custom panic hook #172

This helps ensure that a baseline of helpful information gets included in future issues. Notably it will help with keeping track of the inlyne version that issues are reported for

This solves an issue with the NixOS build where fonts are required at
runtime for inlyne to start. With the `fontconfig` feature flag inlyne
will use font-config to determine a font.
