As a part of the Cardano Node 8.12 release this PR does the preliminary integration (using the
source-repository-packagecabal project stanzas) of the latest downstream component versions.This PR is not supposed to be merged: it exists to trigger CI checks and make changes visible. Once this change is E2E tested, then it needs to be re-worked such that dependency declarations use CHaP instead of the
source-repository-package.
