Adds all files: demo webapplication.

Adapted from https://github.com/misterGF/CoPilot
especially started from https://github.com/bernhardreiter/CoPilot/tree/dev-1
 * "copilot" -> "fody" and description in many places
 * a few externally pointing resources removed: google analytics, faker,
   youtube video link
 * a bit closer to current vue init webpack template
 * instructions for "yarn", removed other instructions
 * removed language templates other than en and de for plugins, to keep
   it simple for now.
 * Using a fixed demo user for now.

Using fresh "import" because history is not very interesting and
we probably cannot follow github.com/misterGF/CoPilot directly anyhow.
