Call for proposals for IslandoraCon 2025 (deadline Feb 28th)

"Fix Audio Captions" - https://github.com/Islandora/islandora/pull/1069 - Rewrote the VTT decoder to show within modern browsers. Some suggested changing on the PR.

"Improve query speed for IslandoraUtils::getTermForUri() #1067" - https://github.com/Islandora/islandora/pull/1067 - The fix is semantically correct but it's not clean. Possibly useful to make this optional but no one is volunteering to under take the task. Possible add conditional UI checkbox.
- Add a Islandora core settings with a boolean with a note on why the user might want this option.
- Possibly rewritten in the future as a plugin but not for now.
- Defaults to the new method but the user can elect to use the old way via the UI.
