we needed to refactor BestiaPop's routines to be able to allow for further data sources like NASAPOWER and to easily produce outputs in other climate data formats like DSSAT, aprox 4h
added DSSAT output format (not yet ready but 90% there), fixed issue with reading NetCDF4 files from disk

…ating funcs * dataframe generating functions now are part of the climate database connectors, instead of sitting under the main bestiapop script * fixed issue with multiprocessing output, which was taking way longer than expected due to a problem in the way it generated the final list of longitudes * CSV output is now possible
