문제 상황

현재 합/불 관리자 페이지 합/불 변경 요청이 PATCH 메소드가 아닌 POST 메소드로 요청하여 올바르게 요청하지 않음

해결 방안

해당 요청을 post가 아닌 patch로 변경합니다.
