This change removes skeletal mesh asset properties that were incorrectly added to the global UCS modified property list in 5.5.0 and 5.5.1. Only assets serialized in those versions are affected. This change also only affects blueprint added skeletal mesh components. Components added natively were unaffected by the original issue.

Backout of 38341618. The original backout introduced an upgrade bug where the skeletal mesh asset property, on blueprint-added skel mesh components, that were overriden on actors within the level viewport would be reset to their default value when upgrading to 5.5.2. This change reintroduces a bug where the skeletal mesh asset can't be set on a blueprint added mesh component via construction script.

Fixed FCollisionResponse::operator== so it doesn't return true if both containers have the same number of entries but different contents

This fixes a bug where saving an asset or placing an instance in a level could cause its components to have incorrect collision responses

#tests Saved and reloaded an asset that was affected by this bug and its components maintained the correct collision responses. Placed an instance of the asset while in game and collision was correct there as well

StateTree: Fix the binding picker for property reference from a null pointer. The data needed is inside the type. If the type is null, then the binding can't exist. The runtime also check if the data is valid. That take cares of virtual function that returns different types at runtime vs editor.
