Diagram: Changes are not synchronized when invoked from some plugin actions #506

Affected actions: at least FitSizeAll, Autolayout, FitSize

The changes are not saved when reopening the editor.
Missing synchronisation:

activeDiagram.getSynchronizer().graph2Model()
model.synchronizeWrite

This code is normally invoked from this listener but doesn't get invoked in these cases.
