Fixed the lack of default AttributeDict argument in to_dot
Fix 0.4 Range deprecations
Use @__FILE__ so that the tests can be run in any directories
…MetadataTools test to fail. Also fixed the test file test/graph.jl where random caused same vertex id to be used multiple times.

Hi,
this improves the rendering of vertices in .dot output. For now, my testing (under Julia 0.4 / Linux)
is done in
https://github.com/AlainLich/MetadataTools.jl/blob/master/test/runtests.jl showing some output.
An example of use is https://github.com/AlainLich/MetadataTools.jl/blob/supportInstalled/test/test2.jl ; where we emit a label for each vertex
