LQOI.@LinQuadSolverInstanceBaseInit is kind of strange; it assumes that there is a function called Model in
All MathOptInterface implementors copy cintvec and cdoublevec functions, but not all of them use it
Why do all LQOI functions start with lqs_? Isn’t it enough for them to be in a module?
LQOI isn’t documented
