This release heavily overhauls the internal use of floating-point numbers to never hit overflows in any case, which can happen with float32 in all cases of takum8, takum16, takum32 and takum64 given the former's smaller dynamic range.

Additionally the printing of takums is improved by implementing an interface to the precision function in libtakum. This extension of the API is also the reason why the minor version is bumped.
