Difference from meteor-typeahead

Was wondering about the differences between this package and meteor-typeahead.

This package is for bootstrap 3, using the original bootstrap typeahead plugin.
When i made it, twitter typeahead (which you asked about) did not support bootstrap 3. It looks like that might have been fixed, though I can't see any definite proof of this with a 20 second google search.

Regardless, this is a different typeahead, albeit a much less capable one, that was originally in bootstrap2.

I was confused too about typeahead in Bootstrap, and read around about the history. I'll summarize here so I can link from SO and elsewhere:

• @mdo dropped bootstrap-typeahead.js (for Twitter's Bootstrap 2) in favor of Twitter's typeahead
• Bass Jobsen tweaked the old bootstrap-typeahead.js (what this repo is based on) to be ready to use with Twitter's Bootstrap 3. It can use the new Bloodhound suggestion engine.
• In Feb 2014, Bass mentioned on SO that you can simply use https://github.com/hyspace/typeahead.js-bootstrap3.less to have the new Twitter typeahead.js work with Bootstrap 3. Far as I can tell, that's the recommended solution now.
