Add initial support for MaterialX conversion through PolySpatial #725

This PR adds support for conversion of the UnityGLTF/PBRGraph and UnityGLTF/UnlitGraph shaders to MaterialX through Unity's PolySpatial module. This allows building glTF-powered volumetric applications for VisionOS.

Due to a bug in PolySpatial (reported as IN-72885, related to HDR color properties), emission colors and emission textures currently aren't converted correctly.
