Separating the test from the fix
Testing out the different way functions work in a psd1 file.

Created functions out of the scripts and put them into the psm1 files. Made a "Modules" directory to house the the new psm1 files.
Updated the psd1 manifest file to work with the psm1's instead of the ps1 files.
Clean up also had to happen, because a couple of the tools were duplicated in another module.
Current module version: 1.11.1.7 which seems to work.
