Refactor + Add totalApparentPower for 3 phases data

• Refactor code

  • Split exposedData into 4 groups
    • allPhaseData
    • singlePhaseData
    • threePhasesData
    • legacyData
  • Improve readability of the code
    • Re-order data (alphabetical sort)
    • De-dupe common keys (linkyPhase, linkyMode)

• Add totalApparentPower for 3 phases data
  This data was not showed for users having a 3 phases linky.
  The 3 independent phases values were correctly return with SINSTS1, SINSTS2 and SINSTS3
  But the total value was available in SINSTS since V10 : https://github.com/fairecasoimeme/Zlinky_TIC#version-0010 (see Puissance Apparente Totale non retournée fairecasoimeme/Zlinky_TIC#112)
