Remove Google Drive, GoogleDriveIndex, and Jellyfin extensions?

Describe why this should be added

Leaving these extensions cause there to be duplicates of these extensions on the extension list. This is more of a nitpick than an actual problem. However, I assume if anyone wanted to contribute to these extensions, they could just add a pull request to the official aniyomi extension repo, as they are still being officially maintained. Of course, I can be seeing this the wrong way, and if so, let me know.
