Due to the contents of the
MON-VERmessage'sFWVERfield not containingREFfor the ZED-F9P, it did not have access to thehpg_ref_productinterface. This pull request also creates a version ofhpg_ref_productthat usesCfgVALSETwhich was necessary to get the F9 receiver to accept the configuration.
