docs: update benchmark experiments for table

Description

• Update parsing of benchmarks/experiments for table in docs
• No dependencies.
• Part of Docs: new csv generation for system and benchmark lists #377
• Complete the checklist for a relevant section(s) below
• Delete sections below that are not relevant to this PR
• Update add-all.rst to point to hardware_description.yaml and not to legacy
• Update progrmaming-models programmatically from experiment.py (currently manual)

Open questions:

• We are still referencing directories in legacy/ for executing benchpark list benchmarks, benchpark list experiments, and benchmark tags -a workspace. These will need to reference experiments for us to update the benchmarks/experiments table in the docs. Removing "legacy" from our source code doesn't allow ./bin/benchpark experiment init --dest=amg2023-openmp amg2023+openmp to run successfully. Should we wait to update the benchmarks/experiments table in another PR?

Adding/modifying core functionality, CI, or documentation:

• Update .github/workflows and .gitlab/ci unit tests (if needed)
