dict_2_user_types not a member of sndata.EmptyDataset #85

The dict dict_2_user_types is needed as a member of a data set instance if we want to call, e.g. plot_lc. Currently this dict is only created in PlasticcData.

Solved by #122. This dictionary no longer exists in the code
