这个改动非常重要, 由于 intl 的版本和官方 SDK 依赖冲突, 无法安装 flutter_localizations, 直接影响多语言功能的使用, 建议尽快 review @zhoujuanjuan @violinday

你本地尝试了没，这个改动需要连带再修改其他组件的版本吗？

已经自行 fork 了一份, 仅更新 intl 的版本就可以正常满足使用.
但同样需要注意的是, 这个改动同样可能导致使用低版本 flutter_localizations 的用户需要更新 flutter_localizations 才可编译通过. 如有必要, 考虑提供对应的迁移指南?
