Notes for town administrators

Audio and video functionality has been removed from Spaces in this release. You can find out why this change has been made in main/README.md and further in the chat_interface repository. What this means for you and why this notice is here is that you can now safely remove all environment variables in the previous environment file starting with the SS_LK prefix. They are no longer needed.

Changes

  • Incremented protocol version to v6
  • Changed the way clients connect to the websocket gateway to get the data through a packet instead of protocols
  • Removed LiveKit support from Spaces (read main/README.md for more info)
  • Added handlers for actions from Spaces messaging
  • Removed some old and unused code
