Description

Remove genesis block handling in favour of block processor v0:

  • Remove applyGenesis step in block processor
  • Remove handling of genesis block in lisk-chain

Motivation

By handing the genesis block using block processor v0, a specific genesis block handler is not required.

Acceptance Criteria

  • All genesis block handlers are removed
  • Remove apply genesis related tests
