Description

  • Create new genesis block for devnet and betanet
  • Update lisk-sdk package to expose the new devnet genesis block
  • Update all usages of the genesis block

Motivation

  • With the new genesis block, all usages must be updated

Acceptance Criteria

  • All the tests are updated
  • There is no genesis block adhering to the old format in the repository
