Description

  • Remove elements/lisk-db and replace with Liskhq/lisk-db
  • Update state store to use state db. (state store should not be removed)
  • Update application to initialize database using the new package
  • Update testing utils to use the new package

Acceptance Criteria

  • All the tests should be working
