I was going to do a whole thing with a 2.0 version when 2021 edition comes out next release, but honestly this is probably simpler. And even if that does happen eventually there's no reason to not have this change in the 1.0 line |

All the requirements for the
nightly_const_genericsfeatures are stable, so it seems appropriate to be able to use this feature on a stable toolchain, and without a name that suggests the feature requires nightly.
