When secure lockscreens (secured with password/PIN/other) are enabled, XPrivacy still creates a large number of hidden "on demand" permissions dialogs. They're unreachable until the screen is unlocked. If lockscreen widgets are available/enabled, the UI will lock up while it blocks on XPrivacy.

Consider disabling "on demand" by default and including a warning message for users with security codes.

I'm not sure what your code is doing, but I'm not worried about having multiple on demand dialogs. I'm concerned that they're generated at all while the lockscreen is active.
