We need to try to run arm64 Neuron on M1 with version Ventura 13.1 to try to fix nervosnetwork/neuron#2575.

May be happened if the M1's OS version is bigger than 13. Because 13.0.1 (22A400) also has this problem.

[email protected](arm64) works well on my Macbook Pro(apple m1 max) of MacOS 13.2.1 (22D68)

@seinfeld you can download MacOS x64 version. Because it can run with Rosetta2
