- Change xmlns to correct value per Update the xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml/" in all mapml files MapML.js#894
- Add checked attribute to all map-extent elements
- change use of http to https on some templates
- tbd
by adding 'hidden' attribute. Note that you can't hide extents that contain map-select or other variable that requires user input.
