Post write hook: Generate FITS output
Can be used with CONTENTdm newspaper and book toolchains.
To register this manipulator in your toolchain, add the following line to the "[WRITER]" section of your .ini file, for example:
postwritehooks[] = "/usr/bin/php extras/scripts/postwritehooks/generate_fits.php"
