[BUG] ArgumentOutOfRangeException when formatting SQL #600

FROM businessunit as b

When I format this SQL I get the below error:

System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: 
Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. (Parameter 'index')
