Introduce M108 cancel wait for heatup/cooldown of the hotend and bed

I you are interested in a somewhat bigger solution have a look at AnHardt#40. The acceptance for the idea seems to be high. See also the discussion in #3611. As long we have problems with receiving input it's not a obviously good idea to alter things. On the other hand this PR runs on our machines flawlessly since some month. |
