Libra is a toolkit that provides practioners and researchers to test different algorithms to create discrete probabilistic models for their data sets. It also allows to test the learned models. It works by using in-line commands to execute different supported algorithms which can also implemented using scriptting. Libra also provides consistency in command options and file formats.
