This PR fixes Issue #6 by implementing correct workflows and avoiding redundancy.
Major changes:
All workflows now use actions/github-script@v7
Removed explicit GITHUB_TOKEN configurations (using default token)
Added proper error handling
Added proper permissions blocks
Improved user feedback messages
Better async/await patterns
Added proper logging
Note: No changes needed to ISSUE_TEMPLATE/bug.yml as it's properly configured.
