If multiple Argo installations are specified in the same cluster, the argo controllers are not bound to their namespace.
That makes it possible, say, to see the workflows running in a different workspace from the Argo ui.

More subtle is the fact that any Argo controller may execute my workflows, lacking the necessary permissions to perform some tasks like creating volumes
