`static-server` was never used; it was included in the initial commit of this repository, probably with the intent of being used for tests that were never written. `tslib` is only required if the `importHelpers` [1] option is used. We do not use this option, and it defaults to `false`. [1]: https://www.typescriptlang.org/tsconfig#importHelpers
