It is possible to add specific machines to Azure machine pools. Whether we can target specific tests to specific machines, is another question. Xiaoyun and Shantnu have experience with this.

I might be overestimating here. But from all that I've seen with our tests and azure this might even be too small of an estimate.

Validating for tests created. But opened #2369 for getting a local machine for this.
