also fixed necessity of preg_replacing brackets (`( ) [ ]`) for enableresume and disableresume (see change in func.php (urlencoding GET parameters in HREF links))

This should fix #570
I corrected the way parameters were passed between PHP scripts and also the handling of command line parameters. "&" is a very special char in PHP so it's necessary to use proper character handling by using urlencode and so on.
